(1) google.
(2) check thoroughly for every detail before signing up - whether they
have an SMTP server setup, whether PHP runs in safe mode, do you have
sufficient file system permissions (creating, deleting folders),
whether you get a directory outside of the web root to store sensitive
files in, etc.
