You need a SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) capable FTP client
Filezilla is good

The commercial ssh client is also good

Masochists swear by Putty
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/
And if you have a recent version of WS_FTP Pro, that'll do the job too.
