Well, I didn't exactly say (including header/footer) it's for newbies,
but I will say thats the first thing I thought of when I started PHP
about 1.5 years ago. Then I wanted to add a side menu or something,
and went, 'oh, maybe I'm doing this backwards'
I think for most sites of less than 500 pages ;) the page=blah makes
life much easier.
