While using mail() function in PHP I am getting thjis error



Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 505 5.7.3 Must issue a STARTTLS
command first


I have used ini_set("SMTP","mail.subdomain.mydomain.");


But when I used this with the IP address of the MailServer (MS-Exchange
server) it works. Any comments on this.
