Dear all,
I moved all mysql database data to the new server Redhat 9. and set the
right of the files to be mysql.mysql (chown) and 660(chmod), and also grant
all privileges to the corresponding databases, However, when I delete some
rows of data, the error is prompted out
"ERROR 1036: Table 'xxx' is read only." Why? Anyway, I create a another new
database and add some tables into it , Then the delete function is OK. It is
very strange that all privilege are the same when I compare those of all old
database with those just created. Please advise me how to solve the problem
on the old databases, thanks.
Regards,
Simon
