Google for php resource or try www.hotscripts.com, there are loads around.
The one I use is Dalbum: http://www.delx.ca/dalbum
There are 4 templates each with unique features (one has slide show, one
has user comments etc) and there's no easy way of combining without
hacking the code, but one of the templates will do everything you asked,
and it's free.
