Hi all, here is a question that all the googling the the world has not
answered. how do you test a mysql ssl connection in php 4.x? you
connect with mysql_connect("localhost","root", "moses",
CLIENT_SSL); but how do you know it is actually encrypting your data
ok? JoeAley2003

this question a while ago.... any thoughts?
