I wanted to start using php for developing websites...but I'm having
problems at the beginng (some say the beginnings are the hardest :)). My
friend recommended WAMP as all-in one solution...so I installed it and
checked all of the conf files just to see if all of the folders have been
setup correctly...and they were. Then I tested php and apache by writing <?
phpinfo(); ?> in a text editor, saving it with .php extension in www folder
(root folder in wamp) and tried to open it in browser....blank page showed
up...Tried to disable my firewall (found the suggestion on some website) but
that didn't work either.
When I click on phpinfo link in phpMyAdmin, it returns all of the
information that it should...
I have no more ideas, so please help if you see something that I've done
wrong or something I didn't do or if you have any ideas why this might be
