yes - part of the problem is that in order to be able to use
$_GET['variablename'] and $_REQUEST['variablename'] to get URL variables,
you must format your URL as follows:

textmembers_info.php?variablename=value&variablename=value&variablename=value

technically, if $persoon_id actually contained a word instead of a number,
then that would actually work as a variable name, but you would have a hard
time consistently getting the same variables in your program.
