I really havn't had any issues with Dreamhost. Although I havn't ever
used their phone service, they've promptly addressed every email
question I through at them within 1 business day. Their servers have
been very reliable, and they tend to keep them updated/secured.

Very nice company overall, and I would encourage you to check them out.
