Google does not see those include() statements, only the final HTML page.
You can structure your PHP however you want -- Google does *NOT* see the
PHP!!! (I'm yelling only because this question get's asked a LOT!) In
fact, no one can see the PHP except you unless you have a misconfigured
web server.

To get listed on Google:
What does your HTML look like? Is it well structured?

Does the text of each page have a lot of relevance to the content?

Have you waited a few days after submitting your site to Google before
conducting a search to see if your site is indexed?

Etc. Search Google on "SEO" or "Search Engine Optimization" and you may
find some useful information.

Ultimately, this is not really a PHP question. It *might* be an HTML
question.
