Yes, they're called web-servers; IIS and Apache are two examples of
this. Most people in this NG would probably recommend Apache. How have
you been creating any PHP code without this facility?
BTW, did you not think to, say, read the PHP manual, where there's a
section right near the beginning called "What do I need?":
