Well, there you are then. You specified quoted-printable but you
haven't encoded the text accordingly. Is PHP involved here at all? If
it is, you can use the function defined by "bendi at interia dot pl" in
the user notes to this manual page
<http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.quoted-printable-decode.php> to
encode the text.
