It's a quite good combination, you have a really good web-server, a decent
sql-server and one of the best server side script engine, the only problem may
be the OS you choose, if I would be you I would think mostly about a *nix
based OS, there are quite many free ones (extra support may cost) and
commercial ones, just pick one that is for your skill level.
