Hi
Interesting question , maybe you can try your script in another
web-server and check if its your problem or something your provider is
doing. There is a good chance it is something they are doing. You can
set up a server in your own computer just for testing purposes.
You can also try to put all your no-cache techniques to regenerate the
page that calls the importpage.php
