Everything depends on how the database has been designed, but I would think
it's a max 10-15 minutes job to do, what takes time is to look which tables do
have data about the manufacturer, the query itself will be quite fast.
Hire a professional, that will at least cost a hours work, which could cost up
to £60 (this is a wild guess). From a cost view I guess a student who studies
computer science could be the best.
