Also, in your server settings, you decide what files are to be parsed
by the php interpreter, generally they are php and phtml, but some have
overridden this and used like html or txt. As long as the basics are
setup on your computer to be parsed as php (php and phtml extensions)
there is no way for your server to parse a txt file as php.
