Suppose I am only one person, and I have a database, full of
data...thousands of lines...
Is it a good aproach to build an environment which will calculate means,
deviations, distributions with PHP ?
If yes, is it good for 50 people?
If not...How is the best way, having in mind that I want to make it "web" ?
