If you have Fedora 4.0 x64 then all packages in this distribution are
compiled for 64bit. So you have to only install packages php5 mysql5 and
apache. I don't know names of the packages but if you have install dvd
you can look for php<version>.rpm file and install it with
rpm -ivh <package name>
