But you don't know what the audience is.  It might be an intranet site,  
where security and JS is mandated by the office policy.  In such a case she  
doesn't even have to test cross-browser. 
 
Telling someone they shouldn't do something isn't automatically helpful,  
especially when you don't know the big picture.
