OK for the CSS

It's not ALL about CSS.
You forgot to state size attributes for oakwellsnow.jpg or better yet,
use a graphics editor to make a smaller (often called thumbnail) image
to place there linking to the larger picture. Fix the other images
too. Don't make visitors (especially, still on dial up) wait to
download the 19.21 KB (19673 bytes) file when a 1 or 2 KB or less
thumbnail image would do.
Your HTML is full of unnecessary presentational attributes. I didn't .
bother looking at the CSS after seeing these: <b>, align="center",
border="0".
On the good side, your 3 column CSS works well for me in FF1.5 except
for the picture falling out of the right hand side causing a horizontal
scroll bar.
And one opinion on the dotted outlines you are using. They are hard to
look at.
