I'm a complete newbie. In fact I have another developer newbie working on
this for me. I'm developing a PHP CMS that allows for file upload to an
Apache server via Web browser. The upload times out even though the
server's PHP upload size limit is sufficiently large (16MB) and the Apache
server is set to timeout after at 300 seconds. The timeout is occurring at
about 200 sec. Uploads shorter than 200 sec. work fine. Am I missing
another PHP setting somewhere? Any suggestions?
