Can you please explain why it works for everything EXCEPT .php extensions?
Try these three links and you'll see what I mean...
http://mydvds.psiss.com/fred.htm <- works fine
http://mydvds.psiss.com/fred.php <- displays the default 404
http://mydvds.psiss.com/fred.asp <- works fine
