Have these entered in a redirect page or something of that sort

http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp?address1=<ADDR2>&address2=<ADDR1>&city=<CITY>&state=<STATE>

Replace the following

<ADDR1> with Address 1 info
<ADDR2> with Address 2 ....
etc...

This is suppose to work.
