Can you explain what you mean by "launch"? A trigger has no UI so
no-one could see a report "launched" from a trigger. In principle you
could invoke some process external to SQL Server but that would
generally be a very unwise thing to do from a trigger. Especially if
that external process accessed the same table that fires the trigger.

You can run .NET code from a trigger in SQL Server 2005 although I have
yet to see a good example of a use for that feature.

Whenever possible please post enough code to reproduce your problem.
Including CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements usually helps.
State what version of SQL Server you are using and specify the content
of any error messages.
