I am not arguing that there is anything wrong with using a valid email
address.
I did not raise the issue, Korpela did, (maybe to change the subject?).
I agree that with a good filter it will work. I am familiar with spam
filters.
I use popfile and it does the trick 97% of the time, (according to its
count).
But you must also agree that my method is perfectly acceptable and used
quite a bit.
Admittedly I am surprised to see that it is not used so much in this forum,
but most forums I visit will somehow alter the from field.
