BTW, have you ever wondered why EVERY time you speed, you're not
caught?
It's simple - our gov does get a good amount of $$ from each ticket
(DUH). But if they caught you, say, four out of five times that you
speed, you wouldn't be so likely to speed, now would you? The truth is
that the gov doesn't want a speed-free, illegal parking-free society.
Do you have any idea who much money they would lose??

So even if they install a VC near a busy intersection, you can still be
sure of not always getting a ticket. Also, you can expect not every
corner to have a VC . . . too many VCs and no one would speed (for
fear of getting caught) . . . not enough speeding = not enough
revenue.
Connecticut has made over 92 MILLION dollars since 2000 by speeding
tickets ALONE. You can be assured that other states profit just as
well. ( :
