Good.
You can use COM with php.
But it needs MS office should be installed in server.
using com, do the following,
1. open a word document
2. copy the content to clipboard
3. open a new word doc
4. insert <html> <pre>
5. paste from clip board
6. insert </pre></html>
7. save as the document as filename.html
Do the same for every documents.
This will work if the docs contains only text.
If complicated tables, links, diagrams, i dont know.
