I'm going to second Roman, VS.php is really really nice if you're a fan
of the MSVS ide. Great intellisense, class inspector, file browser.

Eclipse is alright, but i've had too many bad experiences with it. The
intellisense of VS.php won over the auto-syntax checking of eclipse,
for me.
