Any suggestions on using preg_match to grab the date the information
was updated? It is published at the top of the press release... I am
having a hell of a time figuring out how to use preg_match -- the
syntax, etc. I would love a good tutorial, etc.

But for now, I would like to be able to post the stats, but then also a
line that says 'updated Mar 16 2006' etc. So you know how accurate the
data is.. The season only runs for 4 months, so it will be nice to know
if the season is over, and your just viewing the final season results,
etc. Also, I'll be able to cache the file once a week if it is
differant from the main one, etc.

any suggestions on pulling out the date it was updated?
