That's strange. I've heard of this happening, but never seen it myself. And
don't know what the final resolution was. Perhaps someone else here has seen it.
Also, please quote the message (or at least the relevant parts) that you're
responding to. I would say the majority of us do not use Google Groups to
access usenet, and we don't always have the previous message available.
