It is recognised by the validator; it tells you that the server says the
the resource is not found.
If you have the Web Developer extension for Firefox, or you care to
telnet a HEAD request, look at the response sent by the server. Though
there's content, the status line returns the 404 response code.
If that's yours, you should investigate why your script (I assume that's
the cause) returns a 404 status code. You might also want to investigate
why it sends forty Set-Cookie headers with the value, 'CookieTest=t'.
