I tend to hack designers html mock-ups to life. Learning how to use a
template is not so hard. I would not know where to start with
dreamweaver. How easy is it to do this?

{repeat over field tag}
<th>{fieldname}</th>

{repeat over data}

<td>{current row field data}</td>

I would imagine it would be hard to put tags in those places.
