Hey,

Why do you have to go to Page A, include page B and submit form to page
A again? Why dont you do this:

Stage 1: Page U sends some data to Page B
Stage 2: Page B submits a form to page A (send the additional data you
require on Page A sent from Page U as hidden field of Page B)
Stage 3: Page A is finally displayed

Well, I thought above is a better way to follow, but as you said on
Stage 2 page A is briefly displayed, this is because (probably) you
have some output before you used include('page B'); include page B at
the top, before any output, let the B do its stuff and then come back
to page A.

But I really dont see any point to coming to page A from page U, then
include page B and submitting a form to come back to page A.
