Hi
we are looking for part time PHP programmers. This will be a
work-from-home basis.
at least has 1yr experience in PHP (be it in academic or professional
industry).
we are a start up group of programmers. we have a workflow and coding
standards that
we follow to keep the development of the project organized and clear.
our goal is to
make the codes scalable as possible with the use of the ff practice:
use case,OOP,stored procedures,MVC,smarty.
the programmer will benefit from learning the workflow which can also
be used on his
own professional career. the programmer will be collaborating with a
team of talented individuals.
the ff are the requirements:
analytical skills:
· determine the backend needs for the project
· specify the estimated length of time required in the development
operational skills:
· reads USECASE; Object Oriented Programming
· experience in using SMARTY templating engine
team skills:
· objective-driven programmer instead of ego-driven
· EQ oriented person rather than IQ oriented person
creative skills:
· programming in a simplified and organized approach
· knowledge in CSS
people / social skills:
· always communicates his/her thoughts
· understands that his/her ways is not always the best; others can
have better ideas
· seeks advice of others for improvement
· constructive (as opposed to "destructive")
· suggests rather than complain (or complains, but with suggestions)
innovative skills:
· doesn't get comfortable with his/her own skills set ; no "pwede na
yan" attitude (perfectionist) improves if it still can be improved
· genuinely interested in growth
educational background:
· graduate of computer science or any IT related course
