I've been using PSPad and its good but it is only a souped up text editor
I wouldn't go so far as to call it an IDE.
I looked but couldnt find anything except Zend Studio - which I havn't
got round to looking at yet.(I'd welcome comments)
Something akin to borlands IDE would be great.
