Isn't the above statement clear enough? :) -- You need to compile the
recommended autoconf, automake and libtool before you can do anything
else.
BTW: Before you go further, you may want to check this:

So until the local TCP socket operations on *BSD become 300 times
faster, you can forget about running Java on *BSD. Until then please
use Windows, Unix or Linux instead.
