Yeah, I was never sure what inline-block did. It works in Opera but not
in FF and seems to work in IE7 (beta 2) [though I think it's ignoring
the rule. inline-block doesn't work in other circumstances].
And besides, it looks similar to one of the other solutions we've been
trying.
