I just ran this on a windoze-98 appache and php under IE6 after changing
the GET to POST and it worked fine.
Appart from the rough html code Pspad syntax check says its ok too.
My suspicion is you dont have the correct path set in your php.ini to
cgi-bin as removing the php file was the only way I could get a blank
page here.
I took the trouble to do this for you as I sometimes get blank pages on
sites myself lately - and when I query the webmaster they do something
and fix it. It turns out the XOOPS environment is particularly fond of
blanking pages out.
So the code itself looks fine so you appear to be right in looking at
configuration. (Also check you have the right CHMOD & CHOWN settings)
