I changed this (error in the border-color)
#italiens-foerfattning.subsubsection {background-color: #ffffff;
background-image:none; border-style:dotted; border-color:#00ffff;
color: #000000; display: inline; text-align:center; }
That lets the first one work but not the other ones, anyway.
