Hello,

I have the community www.writersbeat.com

I like the design and all, but I'm not satisfied. It's not my
"end-goal" look. I want to re-design it to something like
www.ubuntuforums.org combined with my current theme.

The thing is, I can't do this all by myself. I really need some help.
Not only that, but I could really use another person on the team to
help with design/programming/brainstorming.

If any designers out there, any programmers out there that would like
to help me out. Please, I ask for your help.

If someone would be willing to do these things, (has graphic skills and
or coding skills) I'm willing to share profits if you join as a
partner/high team member.

I really can't afford paying $200 for a design or coding something. So
look for the "big picture" here.
