I'd say yes, has nothing to do with PHP, but HTML.
<title>(some text)</title> would be preferred....

Nope, I wouldn't expect a problem.
What matters is HOW your site-search works.
Does it read the raw php file on your server? Then it won't look for text in
includes.
Without knowing how your site search works that's the only usefull comment I
can give.
