Frames are evil from various points of view. Search engines dont like
frames, theres accssesabilty issues, printing issues, bookmarking issues.
Don't get me wrong, there are certain circumstances where frames are
usefull, even necassary, but for the majority web sites stick to CSS and
(x)html.
