DBTool (another database toolbox for MATLAB ) new release 2.4

[*] New license policy, demo version is 30 minutes full functional each time
[+] Bulk write: insert multiple rows once
[+] dblasterr - get last warning/error message
[-] Bug: another MATLAB crash issue, fixed
[-] Bug: can't recognize unicode fields since v2.3, fixed
[-] Bug: dbwarn can't disable some warnings, fixed
[!] dbase now return [] (empty) when opens failed
