I don't have PSP 7. And how can it be jagged when it's created with a
feathered selection on an anti-aliased font, Numbnuts. Further, the
black outline provides a sharp contrast to the white making the text
much easier to read, despite whatever failing idiocy you'd like to
believe.

....uh, why would I want it to look crisp you fucking retard? I mean,
hello, foreground focus, background focus...fuckin DUH. In the
original image the background was blurred and the police line was
sharp because that's where the camera focus was. In my image, because
I wanted the focus to be on the background I purposely blurred the
yellow line, you stupid fuckin doorknob.
Yeesh, and you're trying to claim that *I* don't know what I'm doing?
