Exactly.  It would be cool if someone were to develop a human-readable 
language with which one could build things like you want . . . kinda like 
PO text, but even more-so . . . a meta, or hyper text. 
 
Saayyy, that's jazzy:  'Hyper Text' . . . "HyperText"!  It would be an 
ideal language to markup ones creative ideas! 
 
Shame nothing like that exists.
