Yes, you have written you use PSP 7, and your text does look harsh
no matter how you call it. I guess you didn't consider the
resolution 1280x1024.

You should really develop a better eye if you did all this
intentionally thinking it would make sense. I already commented on
the image back then, I will add now that if you focus on something,
there should be something to see. There isn't in that image, just an
amateur background with lopsided badly executed text. So who could
help not noticing the badly blurred and smudged police line, hmm?

You know the wrong things, obviously. What you do is like color by
numbers: apply the rules without seeing the whole. And although your
blog shows you do overly focus on certain (though just coding)
details, again you do so without taking the whole into
consideration.
