Wrong wrong wrong!
The width and height attributes of an IMG tag are NOT MEANT TO RESIZE
IMAGES IN THE BROWSER!!!!!!!
They are meant to tell the brwoser the size of the image coming down the
pipe, so that the browser can lay out the page before getting the whole
image.
I hope you are not using widht and height to resize your images! If so,
your web developer hat and badge should be revoked.
