Hello Karl,
It's is not enough information yet to be sure, but just some hints here.
I had a similar problem when I switched webservers once,
for some strange reason this was due to the hostname of my webserver, it
didnt match with the recursive DNS record for my IP.
If you are using a from address in your headers make sure the SMTP
server you are now using will relay that and allows connections from
your new location(possibly new IP).
