Hi Domestos,
Personaly I very much like PSPad (www.pspad.com).
It does provide the first tree and the last two points.
The error highlighting is somewhat different. On HTML, CSS, etc it does
mark the wrong words as red. In PHP is marks correct words in bold. But
you can set the colors etc yourself.
What I personaly find nice about it also is the use of tabs and the FTP
support. And there is more, just check out the website.
